Hi, I'm Matías

I'm an industrial engineer turned technology leader. Today I lead cloud engineering and software development at Hortifrut, building internal apps, integrations, and cloud governance on AWS — and reducing costs while doing it.

Before that I worked across the business side too: strategy and operations consulting at KPMG, business intelligence at Itaú, and financial planning and analysis. That mix is the point. I understand the numbers your board cares about and the systems your engineers build — so I can translate between them and give you clear direction.

I work as an independent consultant because I believe most companies don't need a big firm. They need one senior person who listens, simplifies, and delivers.
